Over the last few years, the cost of veterinary care, food, cleaning supplies, medications, and everyday shelter operations has continued to rise dramatically. Like many rescues and shelters, we’ve done everything we can to absorb those increases while still providing the highest level of care possible to the animals who depend on us.

After much consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to adjust our adoption fees effective immediately. These fees help cover only a portion of the care each animal receives while at Hillside, including spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, microchipping, medical treatment, daily care, and enrichment.

• Kittens & Cats — $100
• Senior Cats (10+) — $80
• Puppies & Dogs — $325
• Senior Dogs (8+) — $100

Every adoption fee goes directly back into helping us continue saving lives and caring for homeless animals in our community.
