Update 5/31/23: Who remembers Simon? He was part of a humane case and was in very rough physical and most likely emotional shape when picked up. He immediately went to emergency and was lucky enough to move to a foster home to recover . And recover he did! His foster family nursed him back to health… and guess what? They of course officially adopted him! Just look at him now!!!! Thank you to everyone who donated to make this possible. Another special boy has a new life thanks to your generosity. 
Update – 12/10/22: Simon was released from the vet!! He’s resting and starting his healing process in the comfort of a foster home. Thank you for all who helped with his care and donated towards the bill.
Update – 12/5/22: Simon had a slight set back overnight which is causing him to spend another day or two at emergency. Again, thank you for all of your support and well wishes.
Update – 12/4/22: Little by little Simon is improving! Slow and steady wins the race, right? He still has a long road of healing in front of him, but we’re moving in the right direction. Thank you to our wonderful supporters for all of your prays, donations and shares! Without you we wouldn’t be able to help pups like Simon.
12/3/22: Meet Simon. Simon came to us today when local PD called for assistance on a scene. This little boy was found badly injured after being attacked by another dog. We knew he needed help immediately, so we packed him up and off to an emergency vet we went. Simon has a lot of visible wounds, but the vet also believes he has head trauma. Upon arrival, Simon was deemed to be in shock and received supportive care immediately. Simon is currently stable and spending the night at emergency. We are hopeful Simon will recover from his injuries. We’re asking for the public’s help. If you can donate anything towards his care it would be truly appreciated. Every dollar adds up!
