Low-Cost Clinic Services

Trap-Neuter-Release (TNR) Program

Low-cost TNR services are available at Hillside SPCA on a limited, rotating basis.

$75 TNR package includes:

• Spay/Neuter surgery
• Ear tipping
• Rabies vaccination

All cats must be humanely trapped prior to arrival.

Personal Pet Appointments

Appointments are required for personal dogs and cats are available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Services may include:

• Nail trims
• Ear cleaning
• Subcutaneous (SQ) fluids
• Pain management

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of scheduling to secure your appointment.
If you cancel, you must reschedule within 30 days, or a new deposit will be required.

Vaccination Requirements

All animals presented for spay/neuter surgery must have proof of up-to-date vaccinations.

• Rabies vaccination is required by state law
• If proof is not provided, a rabies vaccine will be administered for $25 per pet
• Distemper (dogs) and FVRCP (cats) vaccines are optional but strongly recommended

Safety & Handling Requirements

To ensure the safety of all animals, staff, and visitors, the following policies are strictly enforced:

Dogs:

• Must be leashed at all times while on the property

Cats:

• Must be transported in a clean, secure carrier
• One cat per carrier only
• Carriers must be in good condition (no damage, tape repairs, or makeshift fixes)

A clean carrier is especially important following surgery to prevent infection and stress.
